Shipping policy We use FedEx, UPS, USPS services. Processing time is always 1 day. In Stock items will be shipped out in 2 – 3 Business Days. Manufacturing processing time for unique items: 8-9 weeks + delivery time: 2-5 business days.
Refund policy: Each of our products is unique. We are selling quality products at very competitive prices, and that is our Unique Selling Proposition. All resin and woodworks will not be eligible for a refund. The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We take utmost care of the specification, color and quality, and that is what we assure you will get with each of our products. Nonetheless if you are unhappy with the product, do let us know, and we can look into the grievance on a case-by-case basis. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
